About Waikaka Church Queenstown

Waikākā Church in Speargrass Flat is a restored heritage church, built from native heart rimu and carried 170 km to Coronet Peak Station Road, with panoramic views of Coronet Peak and wide grounds. Couples can hold the ceremony, drinks and reception all on site.

Packages include Estate Exclusive, with full exclusive access for a day plus pack in and out, Signature, and Short and Sweet, alongside elopements, micro-weddings, vow renewals and commitment ceremonies. A Wet Weather Back Up package gives a warm indoor option for outdoor ceremonies.

Bar service with glassware and bar staff is included, and BYO is available under the Estate Exclusive Package with conditions, though not under standard hire. The venue also takes community, corporate and memorial events.
